Cookie Policy
Version 1.0.0 — Last updated: May 23, 2026
This policy explains how RepairYour.Tech uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. By continuing to use our platform, you consent to the use of cookies as described below.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help us provide core functionality, improve performance, and deliver a personalized experience.
2. Cookie Categories
Necessary (Always Active)
Essential for the platform to function. Includes authentication tokens, session management, and security features. These cannot be disabled.
Analytics
Help us understand how visitors interact with the platform and fix issues. Analytics events are consent-gated and, for signed-in accounts, carry a stable account-associated identifier with contact fields stripped — pseudonymous rather than anonymous. Enabling your account's processing restriction stops these captures entirely.
Marketing
Used to deliver relevant content and measure campaign effectiveness. Opt-in required.
3. Service Providers We Rely On
These providers act as our processors — they receive only what their service requires and may not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell or broker personal information, and none of these providers receives it for advertising.
- Cloudflare — Edge delivery, bot protection (Turnstile), object storage for uploaded files and generated exports (R2)
- Stripe — Payment processing (only on checkout/payment pages)
- Self-hosted Supabase stack — Authentication, PostgreSQL database, and session management, operated on our own infrastructure
- Email delivery provider — Transactional and (with your consent) lifecycle and marketing email
- PostHog — Product analytics, only after your analytics choice allows it (see Analytics above)
- Sentry — Operational error diagnostics, with payloads scrubbed of contact fields
4. Managing Your Preferences
You can update your cookie preferences at any time on Your Privacy Choices, which is linked from the footer of every page and needs no account. Withdrawing consent takes one click, exactly as granting it does. You may also manage cookies through your browser settings, though disabling necessary cookies may prevent the platform from functioning correctly.
5. Contact
