How Trust Scores Work

- Certifications: RepairYour.Tech skill certifications (device category × level), awarded by staff review
- Response Time: How quickly shops respond to inquiries and complaints
- Resolution Rate: Percentage of disputes resolved satisfactorily

Trusted
Score 85+. Verified repair history, fast response times, high resolution rate.
Established
Score 60–84. Active repair shop with growing reputation.
New
Score below 60 or less than 10 verified repairs. Building reputation.

Our platform uses multiple signals beyond the trust score:
- Device Passport: Immutable repair history tied to each device
- Certification Badges: Platform-awarded skill levels (L2/L3) per device category — earned by staff review, not self-declared
