How we grade
- Verified repairs. Each completed repair carries a Device Passport entry that can't be hidden if it ends badly.
- Customer feedback. Surveys are weighted by passport verification — verified repairs count more than anonymous reviews.
- Platform behaviour. Suspensions, warnings, and revoked credentials reduce the composite score and feed the accountability tier.
- Time-decay. Signals older than 180 days lose weight so that fresh behaviour outweighs ancient history.
